What are the weight and dimensions limits for a package?

Packages must not weigh more than 31,5 kg or 70 kg (with regard to the country where the package has been presented to UPS for carriage and the destination country, as set forth in the Tariff guide) or exceed 270 cm in length or a total of 419 cm in length and girth combined. Can I send international shipment with the option Freight Collect even when I haven't entered into a contract with your company?

No, without a Service Agreement it is not possible to send international shipment with this payment option.

Are there any limitations with export shipments paid by Third party (T/P) - carriage is paid by other entity than shipper or recipient?

Combination of export T/P shipment to EU country where the payer is (third party) from third country (not the EU) shall no longer be accepted (find more at www.ups.com).

What is the difference between services Express and Express Saver?

In delivery times:

- Express service is delivered in the following morning with money back guarantee to nearly 70% of all the business addresses within the EU as early as 10.30 or 12.00 at the latest;

- delivered with money back guarantee until 10.30 on the following business day to 78% of all companies in the USA and on the second day any other address in the USA;

- delivered until 10.30 on the second business day to large metropolitan areas in Canada;

It is a worldwide service available in more than 200 countries and territories;

- Express Saver is delivered with a guarantee of money return on the following business day to nearly all major business areas in the EU.

How to proceed in case I want to file a complain with regards to the carriage of international shipment?

Complaint shall be filed by shipper or recipient of shipment in writing or by email at all times reklamacie@sps-sro.sk.
